Information We Collect

When you submit a contact or prefab quote form, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, inquiry type, project timing, model interest, budget range, site readiness details, and the message you choose to provide.

Forms may also include visit information such as landing page, current page, referrer, UTM parameters, advertising click IDs, browser user agent, source IP address, and submission time. This helps us understand which advertising or website path produced the inquiry.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review your project, respond to your inquiry, prepare follow-up questions, coordinate site-fit or scope review, and improve the website and advertising funnel. We do not sell website inquiry information.

Lead Records and Backup

Website inquiries are sent to K&K for review and may also be written to a server-side backup log so the team can recover submissions if email delivery is unavailable. Access to these records is intended for authorized K&K operations only.

Please do not include financial statements, government IDs, confidential contracts, exact security-sensitive site details, or private customer documents in the first website form submission. Share sensitive materials only after direct coordination with the K&K team.

Analytics and Advertising

The website uses Google Analytics through the Google tag to measure page visits and form events. Advertising parameters may be stored with the inquiry so K&K can understand which campaigns produce useful project conversations.

Sharing

We may share inquiry details with K&K team members, service providers, or project partners when needed to evaluate or respond to your request. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the website, company, users, or public safety.

Retention and Requests

We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for project evaluation, follow-up, business records, security, and troubleshooting. To ask about a website submission, request correction, or request deletion where applicable, contact Rebecca@kkdatasvc.com.
