The required controls are defined for the work being performed, the site owner's rules, and the licensed trades involved.
Before mobilization
Confirm written scope, insurance requirements, responsible supervisors, subcontractor eligibility, site-access rules, safety orientation, work zones, equipment needs, and required permits or inspections.
During field work
Track crew access, PPE and site rules, daily conditions, inspection points, progress photos, incidents, changes, punch items, and work that will be concealed by later construction.
At handoff
Identify completed work, remaining items, equipment records, installation photos, inspection results, manuals or warranties received, and the party responsible for each unresolved item.
Formal qualification
Entity, insurance, safety, vendor, workforce, and project records are provided to authorized parties according to the request and the underlying contract.
Report a safety or project-record issue

Request company documents
Identify the requesting organization, the document category, the business purpose, and the required date. Private customer and personnel files are not sent through a public page.
