K&K Data Service Inc. builds and modifies the physical systems behind data center operations.
Founded in Houston in 2022, K&K has carried out site construction, electrical and mechanical installation, equipment logistics, facility retrofit, and operating support across projects in Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, and North Dakota.
The work is physical, multi-trade, and site-specific.
K&K enters projects where the civil, structural, electrical, cooling, and logistics work has to land as one construction sequence, and stays through the field records and handoff.
Four functions carry a project from scope to field completion.
Commercial and project management
Defines scope, assigns responsibility, tracks cost and schedule, and resolves owner, vendor, and subcontractor decisions.
Drawing-to-field checks
Checks drawings and assumptions against site measurements, equipment requirements, openings, routes, and installation conditions. Anything that changes the design goes back to the Engineer of Record.
Logistics and procurement
Tracks structural steel, power and mechanical equipment, shipping, receiving, laydown space, lifting, and delivery sequence. On the West Texas program this meant nearly 100 shipping containers of materials and equipment.
Field execution
Directs crews, records progress, closes open items, and prepares the information needed by the next contractor or operating team.

K&K publishes its working design file: an independent GB300-class data center reference design set (electrical, structural, network and liquid cooling) at Design Development — Public Edition status, published for study and evaluation, plus 106 technical analyses and two DOI-registered preprints in the Data Center Lab.
