What this sheet shows

N-201-EN is the deployment plan at scale 1:100 for X 0–36 m. The line under the top border states the contents: all GPU and network cabinet IDs, CDUs and fan walls (facility context), column axes, maintenance zones and section cuts. That line also states that door positions are not supplied and are not shown. The drawn row runs from NETA-CU01, R001–R006 and NETB-CU01 through NETA-CU06 and R031–R036. CDU-01A and CDU-01B through CDU-06A and CDU-06B sit on the wall side of the row. FW-01 and FW-02 are each labeled fan wall 3000×1400 (facility context), with front zone 1050 and shared use. North of Y6000, NPS-7-01 through NPS-7-05 are each marked reserved area (facility context). Column-axis bubbles read .0, 5.8, 11.6, 17.4, 23.2, 29.0 and 35.9, and a graphic scale of 5 m is marked 1:100. This is the X 0–36 m plan in the GPU hall reference.

Where each network cabinet sits

The tables give every network cabinet on this sheet an X0–X1 in the title block's millimetres. NETA-CU01 is 2,355–3,155, with R001 through R006 between it and NETB-CU01 at 6,755–7,555. NETA-CU02 starts on that same 7,555 (7,555–8,355), with R007 through R012 between it and NETB-CU02 at 11,955–12,755. NETA-CU03 is 14,445–15,245; the plan prints XP-02 1,690 on the open interval after NETB-CU02. R013 through R018 lie between NETA-CU03 and NETB-CU03 at 18,845–19,645. NETA-CU04 starts on that 19,645 (19,645–20,445), with R019 through R024 between it and NETB-CU04 at 24,045–24,845. NETA-CU05 is 26,645–27,445; the plan prints XP-04 1,800 on the open interval after NETB-CU04. R025 through R030 lie between NETA-CU05 and NETB-CU05 at 31,045–31,845. NETA-CU06 starts on that 31,845 (31,845–32,645), with R031 through R036 after it. ΔX vs previous holds -3,680 from NETA-CU01 through NETB-CU02, -3,390 from NETA-CU03 through NETB-CU04, and -2,990 from NETA-CU05 through NETA-CU06, changing on the cabinet that begins after each dimensioned interval. Note 3 states the placement rule: cabinets sit on IT support rails clear of the main-beam zone (axis ±160 mm) at every position. At the X=0 end the plan prints END-W 1,200.

Front zones and the Y chain

Front clearance is printed on each network-cabinet row. The table gives 2450 cold aisle to NETA-CU01, NETB-CU01, NETA-CU02, NETB-CU03, NETA-CU04, NETB-CU05 and NETA-CU06. It gives 1050 to FW-01 to NETB-CU02 and NETA-CU03, and 1050 to FW-02 to NETB-CU04 and NETA-CU05. The callout names that case: network cabinet front zone where a fan wall faces (1,050 mm). Switch front withdrawal needs 1,000 mm and fan-wall service needs 850 mm; both use the same 1,050 mm zone and are not performed at the same time, which the sheet marks with red cross-hatch. GPU cabinet fronts keep a 1,200 mm tray-withdrawal zone, marked with orange hatch, and the callout states that fan walls do not face GPU cabinets. Note 1 is the Y chain those zones sit in: wall line Y0, wall zone Y200, CDU ≤950 to Y1150, rear maintenance 1000 to Y2150, cabinet 1200 to Y3350, then cold aisle 2450 to the fan-wall rear and column-flange line Y5800 (flange Y5825, partition axis Y6000). Note 1's cabinet 1200 is the cabinet depth ending at Y3350. The callout's 1,200 mm is the orange tray-withdrawal zone at the GPU fronts. END-W 1,200 is the dimension printed at the X=0 end of the plan. Note 2 names the rear zone 1000, drawn as blue dots, as GPU rear access and network PSU/fan replacement from the rear. The Y scale prints 4400 between 3350 and Y6000. Y3350 plus the callout's 1,050 mm is that printed 4400, and 4400 plus the 1400 in the fan-wall label 3000×1400 is the column-flange line Y5800. The same 1,050 mm plus 1400 is note 1's 2450, the cold aisle carried to the fan-wall rear.

Status

FW-01 and FW-02 are marked facility context on the fan-wall labels. The drawing is part of the Public Edition P2 network reference design.

Sheet guide — the devices on this drawing

Y chain — wall Y0 to partition Y6000

The left-hand dimensions draw note 1. Wall line Y0 and wall zone Y200, CDU ≤950 to Y1150, rear maintenance 1000 to Y2150, cabinet 1200 to Y3350, then cold aisle 2450 to the fan-wall rear and column-flange line Y5800. The note gives flange Y5825 and partition axis Y6000. The scale beside the plan prints Y0, 1150, 2150, 3350, 4400 and Y6000.

NETA-CU01 — R001–R006 and NETB-CU01

The X=0 end of the row draws NETA-CU01, GPU cabinets R001 through R006, and NETB-CU01, with CDU-01A and CDU-01B on the wall side. The table gives NETA-CU01 as 2,355–3,155 and NETB-CU01 as 6,755–7,555, both at ΔX -3,680 and both with front clearance 2450 cold aisle. Orange hatch on the GPU fronts is the 1,200 mm tray-withdrawal zone, and the blue dots are the rear zone 1000.

FW-01 — fan wall and the 1050 front zone

FW-01 is labeled fan wall 3000×1400 (facility context), with front zone 1050 and shared use. NETB-CU02 at 11,955–12,755 and NETA-CU03 at 14,445–15,245 both list front clearance 1050 to FW-01. The plan prints XP-02 1,690 on the open interval between them. Red cross-hatch marks the shared zone the callout says is not used for switch withdrawal and fan-wall service at the same time.

FW-02 — fan wall and the 1050 front zone

FW-02 is the second fan wall, also labeled 3000×1400 (facility context), with front zone 1050 and shared use. NETB-CU04 at 24,045–24,845 lists front clearance 1050 to FW-02, and so does NETA-CU05 at 26,645–27,445. The plan prints XP-04 1,800 on the open interval between them. ΔX vs previous changes across that interval, from -3,390 on NETB-CU04 to -2,990 on NETA-CU05.

NETA-CU06 — R031–R036

This sheet's row ends with NETA-CU06 and GPU cabinets R031 through R036, with CDU-06A and CDU-06B on the wall side. The table gives NETA-CU06 as 31,845–32,645, ΔX -2,990, front clearance 2450 cold aisle. NETB-CU05 ends at the same 31,845, and its front clearance is also 2450 cold aisle. The last network-cabinet ID printed on this plan is NETA-CU06.

NPS-7-01 to NPS-7-03 — reserved areas

NPS-7-01, NPS-7-02 and NPS-7-03 are reserved-area boxes north of Y6000, each marked facility context, with the column-axis bubbles .0, 5.8, 11.6 and 17.4 along the same band. Note 4 states that electrical-zone reserved areas north of Y6000 are facility context. The same note says door positions are to be confirmed.

NPS-7-04 and NPS-7-05 — reserved areas

NPS-7-04 and NPS-7-05 continue the reserved-area band north of Y6000, each marked facility context. The column-axis bubbles along this part of the plan read 23.2, 29.0 and 35.9. Note 4 groups these electrical-zone reserved areas with the others north of Y6000: facility context, with door positions to be confirmed.

Network-cabinet table — X0–X1, ΔX, front clearance

The left table runs from NETA-CU01 at 2,355–3,155 through NETB-CU03 at 18,845–19,645. The right table runs from NETA-CU04 at 19,645–20,445 through NETA-CU06 at 31,845–32,645. The columns are X0–X1, ΔX vs previous, and front clearance. Front clearance is printed as 2450 cold aisle, as 1050 to FW-01, or as 1050 to FW-02.

Front-zone callout and notes 1–4

The callout states that switch front withdrawal needs 1,000 mm and fan-wall service needs 850 mm, that both use the same 1,050 mm zone, and that the two are not performed at the same time. GPU cabinet fronts keep a 1,200 mm tray-withdrawal zone, and fan walls do not face GPU cabinets. Note 1 is the Y chain, note 2 the rear zone 1000, note 3 the IT-rail clearance of the main-beam zone at axis ±160 mm, and note 4 the facility-context reserved areas with door positions to be confirmed.
