Design Development — Public Edition P1: reference designs for study and evaluation, not construction issues, not sealed by an Engineer of Record.

Electrical

  1. E-104Sheet E-104: Zone 7 Medium-Voltage One-Line — Utility PCC, One Radial Trunk, Six TransformersThe utility-to-owner handoff for Zone 7, on one sheet: one 12.47 kV radial trunk, six buried paths, a 200 A holder that is not the fuse, and an auxiliary schedule the sheet leaves open.
  2. E-105Sheet E-105: Zone 8 Medium-Voltage One-Line — One Radial Trunk to Seven TransformersThe Zone 8 utility handoff on one sheet: an 8 MW input limit, a radial trunk whose duty is printed as 389.9 A, seven buried paths, and a 200 A cutout holder that the notes say is not the fuse.
  3. E-106Sheet E-106: One Typical Medium-Voltage Branch from the Zone Trunk to the OEM TransformerOne not-to-scale line is the typical branch Detail 1 applies to E-104 and E-105: the pole equipment, the OEM package, and a note that the D-prefix tags are not additional purchase items.
  4. E-107Sheet E-107: Zone 7 One-Line Diagram — Six UPS Paths to a 42-Rack GPU HallSix radial paths from one 12.47 kV zone source to the rack branch interface — the whole power chain of a 42-rack, 136 kW/rack GPU hall on one sheet.
  5. E-108Sheet E-108: Zone 8 One-Line Diagram — Seven UPS Paths to a 48-Rack HallSeven radial paths leave one 8 MW, 12.47 kV breaker, and the sheet's IT note gives the end UPS paths a different kilowatt duty than the paths between them.
  6. E201Sheet E201: Cyclic A/B Pairing of 42 Racks Across Six Zone 7 UPS PathsSix headers walk 42 racks around the six UPS paths so that every path is A for one group of 7 and B for another, and the last header ties UPS7-06 back to UPS7-01.
  7. E202Sheet E202: Cyclic A/B Pairing of 48 Racks Across Seven Zone 8 UPS PathsSeven headers walk 48 racks around seven UPS paths so each path is A for one group and B for another, and the last header, marked 6 racks, returns UPS8-01 as the B source.
  8. E203Sheet E203: Four Sections, Three Sync-Check Couplers, and 13 UPS FeedersFour section buses and three sync-check couplers decide how much of the 16 x 1 MW study basis stays connected to the 13 UPS feeders when a section is isolated.
  9. E-301Sheet E-301: Medium-Voltage Site Routing, Branch Poles and Shared Crane AccessHow the 12.47 kV service physically reaches two GPU zones: branch poles, underground drops, no-tie point, and the one road that crane, generator extraction and daily traffic must share.
  10. E-302Sheet E-302: Crane Access on a 6.5 m Shared Road over the Buried MV CrossingThe slew axis here is an example, the tail is an OEM reference that still needs a slew check, and isolating a branch leaves the overhead trunk energized.
  11. E-303Sheet E-303: 60 in Cover to the Top of the Conduit, and a Wheel-Load Screen Still Open to CompareThe 60 in cover is defined to the top of the conduit, and the axle pressures under the section are a screen to compare with the selected conduit and the ground limits.
  12. E-306Sheet E-306: The 6000 x 6000 Earth Grid Is a Candidate, and the Conductors Stay SeparateA proposed 6000 x 6000 electrode envelope — note 4 calls the 6x6 m layout with four rods a design candidate — with a 2/0 AWG bare-copper ring, while the notes keep that ring, the GEC screen, the SBJ / SSBJ and the MV EGC as separate conductors.
  13. E-307Sheet E-307: Listed Clamps and Lugs for the Rod, Rebar, Tank Pad and Copper BarThe 2/0 passes the rod clamp without being cut, the rebar takeoff has no field weld, the notes allow no field drilling of the tank, and if a wire-type GEC must be spliced the sheet calls for listed irreversible compression with matching tools, while a removable bolt splice is not used.
  14. E-309Sheet E-309: Normal Vertical Support on Two Prepared-Soil Piers, Piles at Zero Capacity CreditThe normal vertical calculation stands on two reinforced concrete piers and prepared soil, four helical piles remain supplementary at zero pile-capacity credit, and the illustrated B500 case states qmax 98.44 kPa.
  15. E-310Sheet E-310: Accept the MV-P1 Backfill Before Foundation LoadingMV-P1 ducts go in and the backfill is accepted before foundation loading, S is determined from the bearing and excavation geometry, and SEQ-5 writes the MV crew as one mobilisation.
  16. E-311Sheet E-311: The Transformer on Two Concrete Piers, Prepared Soil Beneath Both, with 32 Routes Stopping at G650View 01 puts the transformer on two concrete piers, prepared soil beneath both, and view 02 draws those piers and four supplementary piles with no transformer body, while the notes credit no pile capacity in the normal bearing calculation, keep the terminal enclosure unloaded, and stop 32 centreline routes at G650 while termination remains at T2.
  17. E-312Sheet E-312: Coordinated Envelopes — What 1900, 1495, 2220, and the Front-Compartment 525 Each MeanThe plan prints four lengths a reader can mix up, 1900, 2200, 1495 and 2220, and the note says the front compartment's 525 is not a net cable aperture, while TF01 on X2100..4000 remains product detail by the OEM.
  18. E-313Sheet E-313: Side-Elevation Levels, and Why the Ducts Precede the PiersThe side elevation sets tray and cable-entry levels on datum G, and the sequence puts the MV-P1 ducts and accepted backfill in place before the piers are loaded.
  19. E-314Sheet E-314: How 32 Bottom-Entry Conductors Sit in Two Tray Tiers, and What the Clamp Notes Leave OpenThe bottom-entry tray in section: where the 32 conductors sit, which clearance the notes say is not tool space, and which clamp details stay with the supplier and the OEM.
  20. E-315Sheet E-315: The Straight-Tray Bottom Entry, and a Rise Drawn Only to G+650A straight tray, a 1900 mm fan-in and a cable rise drawn only to G+650, with the net bottom opening to be obtained from the OEM, the support listing to be selected, and terminal XY, access and the final bends written as OEM interface T2.
  21. E-7011Sheet E-7011: Path 7-01 Landings from the 12.47 kV Boundary to the ATS Normal TerminalsPath 7-01 is drawn landing by landing from the 12.47 kV branch boundary to the ATS normal terminals, with hardware selection and utility demarcation to be coordinated and each breaker pole marked 3200 A STUDY.
  22. E-7061Sheet E-7061: Continuous Plant Neutral and the Single Designated N-PE BondN is continuous across all four sections, with no neutral switching at the phase ties, and SBJ-GEN-01 is named as the single designated N-PE bond.
  23. E-7021Sheet E-7021: ATS7-01 as One UL 1008 Assembly, with Permission and Project TerminalsThe transfer rules, the close permit, marked study, and the cabinet outline are all on this sheet, and several of them are still marked as supplier or OEM returns.
  24. E-7031Sheet E-7031: One SEG-A Close-Permit Pair to ATS7-01, and the Start Request InOne pair from generator plant SEG-A carries both the capacity declaration and the staged close permit to ATS7-01, and loss of that permit blocks a new close only.
  25. E-7051Sheet E-7051: UPS7-01 from the 7021 Supply, through Battery and Bypass, to the PDUThree supplier scopes share this sheet — UPS package RFQ-06, battery RFQ-07 and PDU RFQ-16 — and the sheet marks bypass-position feedback monitor only and the common alarm monitoring only.
