What this sheet shows

N-312-EN is building section B-B at 1:50. A key plan at 1:150 locates the cut. The sentence under the top border gives the station and the clearance together: Section B-B at X78845 through network cabinet NETB-CU11 and fan wall FW-08: the network cabinet front zone is 1,050 mm to the fan-wall face. On the section, NETB-CU11 is the block labeled 48U, 800 × 1200 × 2294, and FW-08 is the block labeled fan wall 1400 deep (facility context). The hatch between them reads Switch withdrawal 1000 / fan-wall service 850 (not at the same time), and the section dimension reads front 1050. The section also prints rear 1950. The key-plan caption writes the station as X78,845 and names the cut through Network cabinet NETB-CU11 and fan wall FW-08. Note 1 states the limit on the picture: the section shows only objects that exist on the cut line; equipment at other X positions is not superimposed. A scale bar inside the section reads 0 to 2 m and is marked 1:50. The dimension at the top of the section reads column axes Y0–Y6000 = 6000. The section labels the Y lines Y0, Y1150, Y2150, Y3350, Y4400 and Y5800, and the Z lines Z0, Z1030, Z1128, Z3422, Z3550, Z3900 and Z6854. Units are mm.

The shared front zone

The callout is titled Front-zone limitation at NETB-CU11 and every network cabinet facing a fan wall. It states 1,050 mm clear between cabinet front (Y3350) and fan-wall face (Y4400). Switch front withdrawal (1,000 mm) and fan-wall service (850 mm) use this same zone at different times; they are not scheduled together. Fan-wall service is coordinated with network maintenance. The zone is given three figures: withdrawal 1,000 mm, fan-wall service 850 mm, and the clear 1,050 mm. The hatch on the section states the timing in the zone: Switch withdrawal 1000 / fan-wall service 850 (not at the same time). The dimension there reads front 1050. The key plan marks the same strip front zone 1050 shared use at FW-08. Y4400 minus Y3350 is 1050, the clear the callout prints as 1,050 mm and the section prints as front 1050. The section labels FW-08 fan wall 1400 deep (facility context). The key plan labels FW-08 fan wall 3000×1400 (facility context). Y5800 minus Y4400 is 1400. The section prints 1400 as the fan-wall depth, and the axis labels Y5800. The column-axis dimension reads Y0–Y6000 = 6000. The callout title names NETB-CU11 and every network cabinet facing a fan wall. This sheet draws that condition at NETB-CU11 and FW-08. The header states the clearance in one clause: the network cabinet front zone is 1,050 mm to the fan-wall face.

Cabinet, rear, rails and trays

Note 2 gives the cabinet on the cut: 800 × 1200 × 2294 mm (48U, 46U usable) on IT support rails. Cabinet height is 2294 mm; its top is at absolute elevation Z3422 (rails top Z1128). 3422 minus 1128 is 2294. A vertical dimension beside the fan wall prints 2392 and 478. The floor-board top is Z1030, and 3422 minus 1030 is 2392. Note 5 puts TA and TB bottoms at Z3900, and 3900 minus 3422 is 478. Note 7 states the rear: switch PSUs and fans are replaced from the rear (1,950 mm to the wall zone where no CDU is behind the cabinet). The section prints that distance as rear 1950. Note 3 is the equipment rail inside the cabinet: rail posts 750 mm apart (NVIDIA SN5xxx rail kit 930-9SKIT-00L0-00A, 600–800 mm, FACT); front post 100 mm behind the front door. The section marks posts 750. Note 4 says IT support rails RHS80×40 at Y1950 / Y3550 (dark blue, top Z1128) carry the cabinets. The callout places the cabinet front at Y3350. The same note says the 30 mm floor board is not an equipment support. The floor label reads floor-board top Z1030; joists HN250 along X at Y pitch 500 (building geometry). Below the board, marked facility context, are Wet (CDU secondary), Power A and Power B. Note 5 says power and wet channels are below the floor boards, and it separates trays TL, TA and TB in Y. The section labels TL 400×100, TA 600×200 and TB 600×200. TA and TB (bottom Z3900) are 250 mm above the TL top (Z3650). The chilled-water mains are drawn high in the section and marked facility context; this cut gives them no size. The roof main beam is RHS300×150 (Z6854–6966). Note 6 leaves capacity open for roof beams, purlins and tray hangers: to be confirmed by the structural engineer (CONFIRM).

Status

The title block issues the drawing as Public Edition P2, number N-312-EN, sheet 17 of 30, dated 2026-10-05, scale 1:50, units mm. The sheet title is Section B-B: network cabinet and fan wall.
