The printable version provides checkboxes and space for the project contact, site conditions, open items, and required dates.

Access and material movement

  • Confirm truck route, road width, turning radius, gates, surface condition, overhead clearance, and weight limits
  • Identify unloading, crane or telehandler position, laydown, protected storage, and waste areas
  • Separate delivery routes from active work zones and public traffic

Foundations, utilities, and work areas

  • Verify survey control, excavation, drainage, foundation dimensions, elevations, embeds, and curing status
  • Mark temporary and permanent electrical, water, drainage, sewer or septic, and communications routes
  • Confirm work lighting, weather protection, worker access, sanitation, and emergency contacts

Release conditions

Name the person who can accept deliveries, approve field changes, coordinate inspections, and close readiness items. Do not release freight or mobilize a crew while an unresolved item blocks safe access or installation.
